Mycology; Ecology and Evolutionary Biology of Fungi

Research in our laboratory is focused on ecology and evolutionary biology of fungi. Current research projects include i) evolutionary genomics of fungal secondary metabolism, ii) phylogenomics of zygomycete fungi, and iii) systematics and population biology of ectomycorrhizae.
