Instructions for Obtaining Plant/Weed Identification

1. Print the instructions for plant identification form (PDF)
2. Prepare and pack the specimen (instructions included on the form)
3. Ship the specimen and form to the Oregon State University Herbarium (mailing instructions provided on the form)
4. Notify James Mickley that the specimen is being mailed, and please provide a tracking number.

You can also email photographs to James Mickley. If doing so, please try to capture a variety of photos, both of the whole plant and in-focus close-ups of leaves, and flowers/fruits.
