I am a research plant pathologist working for USDA-ARS in Corvallis, Oregon. The goal of our laboratory is to conduct applied and basic research that helps growers control nursery plant diseases. Our research approach is to identify and better understand the pathogens that are causing disease so that we can use that information to develop effective disease control strategies.
